What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
We typically process orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard delivery takes between 3 to 5 business days, and you will receive a tracking link via email once your package is dispatched.
Are all products sold on Concept Kart genuine and under warranty?
Yes, we only sell 100% authentic electronic goods sourced directly from authorized brand distributors. All products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty, the details of which are included in the product packaging.
What is your return policy for electronic gadgets?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are received in a damaged condition or have manufacturing defects. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and the invoice included.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment options including all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled through your account dashboard as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is in the 'Dispatched' status, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
